1   Cookies
Cookies can be viewed as small text files that Websites place on your computer, tablet or mobile phone when you visit the Websites. These cookies store information about your visit to the Website. 4  Functional cookies
Functional cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of our Websites. These cookies are therefore placed by default and will not be deleted if you do not accept the cookies. We use the following functional cookies: _
–     icl_current_language. This cookie ensures that the selected language is remembered.
–     wp-settings-2, wp-timesettings-2, PHPSESSID 5, wpml_referer_url:These functional cookies are used by the WordPress content management system and are crucial for the (optimal) functioning of the Websites.

5   Cookies to measure visits
AAnalytical cookies allow us to measure your visit to the Website. These statistics give us insight into how often our Websites are used, what information visitors are looking for and which pages are most visited. This allows us to know which parts of the Website are popular and where we can improve our Websites. We continuously analyses and improve the Websites in order to make the experience as pleasant as possible for visitors. The statistics we collect cannot be traced back to individuals. This data is therefore always used anonymously. We use Google Analytics ( __ga, __gid, __gat) to obtain insights from the data. We always place analytical cookies when you visit our Websites. Analytical cookies collect the following data, among others:

–                Tracking the number of visists to our web page;
–                Tracking the duration of the visit;
–                The searches performed on the Websites;
–                Information about your brower and the device with which you visit our Websites, such as operating and screen size;
–                How you arrived at our Websites, for example, whether you clicked on one of our advertisements or on a link in an email or newsletter;

6  Cookies to do research
To see how visitors use our Websites, we also use functionalities that measure mouse clicks, mouse movements and scrolling behavior of visitors on our Websites. We also collect information about the pages visited, the browser you use, the type of device and operating system. We use this information to continually improve the Websites.

7  Cookies for social media integration
On our Websites we show videos and other content that you can promote and share via social networks using a button. In order for these buttons to function, social media companies, such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Google, place cookies so that they can recognize you when you are logged into their social network.
They also collect data about the page you share. The integration of YouTube videos that we show on our Websites is such that YouTube will only place cookies when the video is actually being played. YouTube places cookies to personalize search results and advertisements.

When you play a YouTube video on one of our Websites, the following data is sent to Google as a YouTube performer: IP address, specific address of the page visited, transferred browser ID, system date and time of the call, existing cookies that can be used to uniquely identify your browser. Please read the privacy statements of Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram (which may change periodically) to see what they do with your personal information that they process using this code. Our Websites use the ShareThis ( __unam ) widget, which makes it easy to share news items and vacancies via social media. This cookie also monitors, for example, which pages are viewed frequently and for how long they are viewed.

8  Cookies for improvements
We continuously test our Websites to be able to offer you the most optimal user experience. We want to know if changes we make to the Websites are also improvements. That's why we often carry out improvements with a test first. At the same time, visitors may see a modified version of the Websites. In this way we continuously optimize the Websites. Cookies are used to ensure that you see the correct version of a page and to measure results.

We use online advertisements to promote our services. We do this in the most targeted way possible, so that we keep costs low and do not show unnecessary advertisements. We use the Doubleclick.net Cookie (IDE, DSID) for this purpose. We use this cookie to:

–                To see how many visitors click or have clicked on our ads.
–                Keep track of how many visitors purchase a service from us after clicking on an ad. This is necessary to analyze the effectiveness of advertisements.
–                Keep track of whether you have already purchased certain services from us. You will then not see any unnecessary advertisements.
–                Even if you do not accept cookies, you may still encounter advertisements from us online. Not all our advertisements use cookies. Cookies do make it possible to show you more relevant advertisements and no unnecessary advertisements. For more information about what we do with stored data, please refer to our privacy statement. This statement can be changed regularly.

10  Blocking and deleting cookies
If you do not want to place cookies from our Websites, you can choose to do so in the cookie message that you will see on your first visit to our Websites. If you have previously accepted our cookies, you will not be able to see this message anymore and you will first need to delete our cookies. You can also choose to use your browser to block the placing of cookies. If you block all cookies, Websites may not work as well.
